Delivery & Returns
Delivery policies
Products are sent by Royal Mail First Class and are sent well packaged to ensure safe delivery.
International orders are posted International Standard. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Please note that I have no control over actual delivery times once the product is with the carrier, If you require a faster delivery or tracked/signed for delivery please contact me for a quote.
In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost by Royal Mail I will send a replacement once Royal Mail consider it officially lost. For UK second class mail this is normally 13 working days after posting; for UK first class mail it is 11 working days after posting. International mail will be longer. Royal Mail working days are Monday through Friday. If your item was one of a kind that cannot be remade I will offer you the option of a suitable alternative that is as close to the original as possible, or a refund.
Returns details
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible or within 3 days of receiving your item. If the product is incorrect or defective due to my error I will do my upmost to replace or refund your order. If there is an error which is due to you supplying incorrect information (eg. names/dates etc) then I will work with you to rectify the situation but I cannot provide refunds if the error is due to your part. If you wish to send your purchase back the return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the condition in which they were sent out within 14 days. Items will not be refunded if they are returned damaged in some way due to careless packaging.
All refunds will be processed within 14 days of the return of the item. Please note that times for funds to appear back in your account are subject to your banks term and conditions.
It is strongly recommended that returns are posted with a tracked method as refunds will only be processed when items are safely returned.
If your item arrives to you damaged or faulty, please contact me ASAP with photo evidence. Assuming the issue is no fault of the buyers , a replacement will be sent out at no extra cost to the buyer.
I accept cancellations
Please contact me within 24hrs if you wish to cancel your order. Cancellations after this time cannot be accepted as I will have started work on your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Items on sale
Digital downloads
Payment
Personalisation details should be stated as part of the checkout process, but feel free to contact me to discuss the details prior to placing an order so you can buy with confidence.
Orders will only be shipped after payment has cleared.
If you wish to cancel or change your order please state the reason in writing (via conversations) as soon as possible, within 24 hours, as all items are handmade by me and most are made to order.
Personalised or Custom orders can only be cancelled or changed if I haven't already completed them so please check the details and spellings carefully to avoid costly mistakes. If you want to revise minor details on a personalised order that I have completed ready for shipping I will try and accomodate this but there will be a fee for the extra work involved which I will agree with you before making any changes.
Payment is set to GBP(£) and is not subject to VAT.
